[link]What does 'twos' and 'ones' mean?It means 11 drawings stretching 22 frames, each drawing being held for two frame (twos) or 11 drawings with one frame per drawing (ones)
The 7 frame cycle is on twos.
Framerate is 24fps.

'Ones' = 24 frames per second, the standard number of frames per second for animation.
'Twos' = 12 frames per second. Half as many drawings, or twice as long.
