Here's the final for the first half of my animation design course, the half centered around hands-on and traditional animation. This here's done with tracing paper, a pencil, and an animation peg bar. It consists of 113 different drawings strung together over 218 frames played at 15 fps [frames per second], approximately 16 seconds. Completed over a four day period.
Fun fact: while working on it one night [
late at night] I mistook the drawing labeled '67' to be '62'; while drawing number 66 a second time it dawned on me "say, haven't I already
drawn 66? I know I have, then what the--??" Shortly thereafter I concluded I was too damn tired to work any further and crashed for the night. Just thought it was funny.
Anyway, do tell me what you guys think, I put a lot of effort into this piece, even if it does jerk its shoulder strangely when it gets up to walk the first time.
A
BIG thank you to

and Denise for helping me scan it
