Hogarthian Lines

Slightly wonky ink drawing of a Sumatran tiger I did as an assignment for my history of aesthetics class this past semester. Title refers to William Hogarth's analysis of beauty. Supposedly, anything that had that line shape in it was thought to be innately beautiful. That theory has since then been disproved, but I thought it would be fun to link the SF zoo to the semester's lectures via a tiger's stripes.
