A quick, six-frame run cycle I did between working on the assignment at the weekend animation class I'm taking at AAU.

I used Eadweard Muybridge's photo sequences for reference.

I really love how to head moves along with the rest of the body, it makes it look very professional, but the tail COULD move a bit more. It looks as if the dog is somewhat trying to hold his tail in one position. It is a little rough, but I understand it's not the final product. When I rewind it the image looks the same, which I found to be a good quality. I noticed when the dog brings his/her legs in the you can see the tail looks like it's to far down, like it connects to the hind legs. During that frame the forelegs also seem a little off. They look a bit too far down and back.
What do you think?

the tail could move a bit more, and the hind legs should have 1 more slid they almost move to fast, but besides that its awesome

Well, with how rough it is, you have to take into consideration that it IS a test.

I guess so. I based it off the frames from a greyhound-like dog, guess that's what did it :?

Very cool. I like how it comes together at the end and I like the way the back and neck move at the same time. Good job!
